'QuantumX' places great importance on the protection of personal information of members and establishes the personal information processing policy in order to comply with relevant laws such as the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communication Network use and Protection of Information and Privacy Protection (the "Act").

QuantumX reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time.QuantumX will notify you through the website announcement (or individual notice) when revising the privacy policy. QuantumX will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. When you visit or use QuantumX sites, services, you are accepting the current version of this Privacy Policy.

QuantumX collects the following personal information for consulting purposes

QuantumX uses the collected personal information for the following purposes.

• 1) Helping you become our user: In order to comply with the requirements of laws and regulations and provide you with more personalized and convenient services, when you register as a Glap user, you need to provide at least an email address to create a Glap account. If you only use the functions of browsing, searching and the like, you don't need to register to become our user and provide the above information.
• 2) Contract execution of service provision and questions and answers on service provision. To maintain and improve the quality of our products or services and provide you with personalized services, we may use the personal information collected in the business for statistical analysis and operational improvement, for example, for technical transformation, network maintenance, troubleshooting, internal policy and process development, internal reporting, etc. to improve our system.

QuantumX shall destroy the personal information of the member without delay when the purpose of collection of the personal information is achieved.

However, if it is necessary to preserve it in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, QuantumX keeps the member information for a certain period as stipulated by related laws and regulations as follows.

Retention items and Basis for retaining payment history

• - Records on contract, withdrawal, etc. Retention period: 3 years
• - Records on contract or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years (The consumer protection act on e-commerce)
• - Record of payment and goods supply: 5 years (The consumer protection act on e-commerce)

In principle, after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is accomplished, QuantumX will destroy the information without delay. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows.

  1. 1. Information entered by a user for membership, etc., is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (separate filing cabinet in case of paper). According to the internal policy and other information protection reasons (see Retention and Use of Period) It is stored for a certain period and then destroyed.

In principle, QuantumX does not provide the user's personal information outside. but, the following cases are excluded.
If the users have agreed in advance, if there is a request from the investigating agency in accordance with the provisions of the Act or according to the procedures and methods prescribed in the Act for the purpose of investigation.

1. 1. You may view or modify your registered personal information at any time and may ask you to terminate your subscription.
   To view or modify your personal information, click on 'Change Personal Information' (or 'Edit Member Information'),To cancel the subscription (withdrawal of consent), you can click "Leave Subscription" to go through your identity verification process and then view, correct or withdraw your subscription directly.
   Or by contacting the person in charge of personal information management in writing, by phone or e-mail.
2. 2. If you request correction of errors in your personal information, we will not use or provide your personal information until you have completed the correction.
   Also, if wrong personal information is already provided to a third party, we will notify the third party without delay and correct the result of the correction.
3. 3. QuantumX will treat personal information that has been terminated or deleted at the user's request as described in "Retention and Use Period of Personal Information Collected by QuantumX" and is prohibited from being viewed or accessed for any other purpose.
